At Golden Grass, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality products and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Three (3) Day Refund Window:
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Our refund policy extends to a period of three (3) days from the date of delivery. If three (3) days have elapsed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Refund:
Please note that certain items are exempt from being returned once they have been opened, including perishable goods like food items for health and safety reasons. To be eligible for a refund, your food item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, with the airbag intact.
Proof of Purchase:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Refund:
To initiate a refund, please contact us at connect@curatedtales.in to notify us of your intent to return the product. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
Refund Process:
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account. Then contact your bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at connect@curatedtales.in.
Exchanges:
We only replace food items if they are defective or damaged during transit. To exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at connect@curatedtales.in with (1) a copy of your receipt and (2) pictures of the damaged items along with any other relevant information. Upon receiving your email, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request, along with details on the next steps.
Return Shipping:
Unless you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs for returned items are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Time for Exchanges:
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location and other factors.
